ANGELS ANCHORS
Business Plan
Selling substance abuse merchandise of varies forms but retail and online. T-Shirts (Custom Ink), Jewelry (custom made and manufactured), Vinyl Decals (made in house), Lighters (Zippo ready to go), Knifes (Case Knifes on board), Books (all recovery and educational related), Mugs and cups, Custom Embroidery(for our birthdays {sober date}) etc…Also having a podcast for people to talk about their problems and start a motorcycle club for fund raising.
CUSTOMERS
The target audience is those in recovery from substance abuse and their friends and family to support recovery. In recovery talking about and being transparent out your recovery is key to their success. Just like anyone else recovering people celebrate achievements such as their birthday (the day they got sober), certain days and months during their recovery and they enjoy having fun at their own expense. i.e. “can’t ever trust a drunk” or “your ass needs a meeting.”
FUTURE OF THE COMPANY
After starting small in the local market and partnering with organizations like Freedom Through Recovery and rehabilitation centers, raise enough money and get enough volunteers to offer scholarships to rehab to those who need help and to remodel/build better meeting places for those already in recovery that can offer a more safe place to meet. To not only stay local or even statewide but nationwide. Make the company a household name in the recovery world, a business ours come to partner with.
